THE WORK
For the milestone fan exhibition celebrating 17 years of Ji Chang Wook’s career organized by Wookie Indonesia on October 18, 2025, PT Pilar Inspirasi Citra (PIC) transformed its Creative Space into a fully themed exhibition venue. The scope of work included designing a flexible layout arrangement, building curated displays, setting up multiple photo spots, and establishing a dedicated photobooth area while managing crowd movement to maintain an uninterrupted visitor experience.
THE CHALLENGE
Hosting a major community-led fan exhibition requires balancing creative spatial design with practical crowd logistics. The venue needed to comfortably accommodate large numbers of enthusiastic fans moving through intricate, nostalgic displays, interactive photo areas, and high-traffic activity zones without causing congestion or compromising the immersive, celebratory atmosphere.
